To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card information.
If you have questions regarding any of our products and services, you can email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at customer_service@thebabychefstore.com.
Guarantee/Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order.
We work with several different manufacturers who ship directly from their facility. Please be aware that some items in your order may be shipped separately.
If you need to return something, please send an email to customer_service@thebabychefstore.com within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.

All products are guaranteed of manufacturing defects or shipping damage. In the event that your products were damaged when you receive the item, please email us immediately at customer_service@thebabychefstore.com, and we will ship out a replacement.
Please note, refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card.

Methods of Payment
We currently accept Paypal and Google Checkout.
Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 1-4 business days from when your order was placed. Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments.
Shipping
TheBabyChefStore.com uses FedEx Ground for most shipping within the United States. If you desire more rapid delivery, please email us at customer_service@thebabychefstore.com for a quote. There is additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd day air and we would be happy to discuss that with you.
For All KidKraft Purchases:
No returns will be accepted without prior written approval. Returns must be prepaid in full unopened cases. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All claims must be made in writing. We are not responsible for shipments after delivery and assignment to the carriers. All KidKraft merchandise has a 90 day replacement warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
We currently only ship in the United States.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Michigan (6%).
